A simple radio telescope backend software

We present a simple radio telescope backend software capable of real-time coherent dedispersing and capturing giant pulses when needed; it is also highly portable (ported to CUDA, ROCm, OpenCL & CPU, another platform WIP) thanks to SYCL from Khronos Group.
